Each night before you go to sleep, think about something you are proud of that happened that day. This could be a:

  • kind word
  • business success
  • positive parenting moment
  • proactive stress management act
  • positive mind talk
  • healthy behavior
  • avoidance of an unhealthy behavior
  • mindful experience
  • humorous moment
  • thoughtful act
  • moment of keeping your mouth shut

Most of us ruminate on things we are sorry for or actions for which we are not proud. This little change can make a big difference on your outlook and change the way you feel about yourself.
